We Just Launched Black Arrows.

After a lot of behind-the-scenes work, Black Arrows is officially live. We built yet another security firm, but not in the traditional sense. We're not here to sell fear or load companies up with tools they don’t need. The whole idea is to help organizations build security programs that are actually functional, clear, and effective, not just impressive-looking on paper.

We call our approach Security Brutalism. It’s basically cutting out the noise. If something doesn’t actually help protect your organization, we won’t recommend it. We want to build security that's solid and honest, even if it’s not flashy or uses the latest shiny AI-based tools.

There are a few ways we help. One is doing real-world assessments of how your current security setup is actually holding up, and helping you figure out what’s working and what’s not. We also build foundational security programs from scratch, especially for companies that are growing fast and need to get serious about protection without getting bogged down in bureaucracy. All based on what your organization might need and adapting to your way of working.

We’re also training security leaders, people who want to cut through the usual mess of opinions and get to the stuff that actually matters. And for companies looking to get more proactive, we have something called Security Unconventional Warfare. It’s about building small, highly capable teams that think like attackers and work to make intrusions harder, not just react to them afterward.

The bottom line: we’re trying to bring some clarity and realism back to security. No buzzwords. No fear tactics. Just things that work, and advice that holds up when things get tough.
