Rucking, the art of moving with a heavy ruck (AKA backpack) for long distanes.

It’s good for you, it’s a good exercise, and it can me done slowly, fast and everything in between. More weight and more miles, more results.

I ruck a lot. I grab my GORUCK GR1 and some GORUCK Ruck Plates and go. In the pictures above, you can see some of the plates and rucks, and a picture during a 12 mile ruck with 45lb on my back.
