The more simple we are, the more complete we become.
- Auguste Rodin
When we strip things down and really focus on what’s important and what makes us happy, what makes us feel alive, we reconnect with ourselves. It’s all the noise and distractions that disconnect us. And when we are disconnected, it creates anxiety, uncertainty, and feeling lost. As people, we become lukewarm. Simplify. Simplify. Simplify. This isn’t just about clearing your closet or redrawing boundaries with people who drain you. It’s a daily practice to focus on the little things and be mindful and super present. To live simple doesn’t mean to be a simple person. It means to not live in your head because that’s where our complications live and grow and turn us into pieces instead of whole complete humans. What would it look like to live simple today?
